Subject: Nutrition Guide for Sarging

Hey Chaps,

I have been studying my nutritional intake for the past few weeks and reading several books on the topic to find an optimal level for sarging and work. I found i would always lose energy and have massive highs and lows throughout the day and night whilest having to support it with redbull or coffee. PISSED ME OFF no end. But now i have a solution and i want to share it with you, this is taken from top sources on the subject one of them being a book called The Optimum Nutrition Cookbook - Patrick Holford which I highly recommend you buy.

Really simple what you put into your body is what you get out of it. THIS IS SOOO TRUE. I also find when im really tired then my social skills go down the drain, i still become passive and moody. grrrrr Solution is to get more sleep obviously. A more interesting thing is tho that when i am really tired i will tend to what to eat rubbish fast food like burger king or Mc D's. This i believe is directly related to:-

1. Im feeling like rubbish
2. Im a worthless piece of rubbish
3. Lets fill my body full of rubbish cos its who i am

Pay attention to the next time u are sleepy or feeling bad what u are eating. Buy eating the foods im going to list below when u are tied u get away with it better and u actually need less sleep.

Lets get down to the brass tax, what foods are good for you and why?

Slow Releasing Energy Foods


Brown Rice
Oats
Whole Wheat
Corn
Brean
Pasta
Porrige




//These foods will gradually release energy throughout the day for you, so by having for instance Oats for breakfast it will give you the stead energy output that u need and give u less highs and lows.

To get the energy from these foods though you need nutrition to be able to break it down. This comes in the form of fresh fruit and veg, the more the better but preferably 3 of each a day. Slow energy releasing fruit and vegtables are:-




Apricots (Dried)
Pear
Apple
Orange
Grapes





Carrots
Peas
Sweetcorn
Cabbage
Brocolli






These are the slower relsasing ones, which mean u will get gradual energy throughout the day!! The faster ones like bannanas and watermellons e.t.c. should be eaten in moderation to avoid the highs and lows.

Also Tea, Coffee and Alcohol dehydrate the body and rob you of nutrients. You should be looking to drink min 1 litre of water a day but recommened 2 litres to keep the body heydrated which will keep you more awake and alert. So if you are feeling sleepy drink more water.

Protien should be eaten less of as a lot of it will increase heart disease risk and its really difficult for your body to process it. which means you should really eat your nutrients first as they will get processed quicker rather than waiting around for the meat to dissapear.

Fish is also very good for you and HELP PREVENT HEART DISEASE, the ones that do this the best are the ones high in Omega 3 which is found in fish with teeth

Mackerel
Herring
Tuna
Salmon






Exercise: cardio is also very useful and keeps you feeling alive and will give you more energy too, different topic but make sure you are working out and getting your heart rate up.

Garlic - Prevents Heart Disease, Mushrooms - great medicinal food, Ginger & Cinnamon - good for sore throats

Summary

Complex Carbs plus vegetables are great to eat for slow releasing and sustaining energy throughout the day. peace and love,

Subject: News Update, and Welcome new Instructor!

Hey guys,

Its been a hectic and frantic past month, a lot has been done and I'm very proud of how the site is now looking although I think it can still be improved. Also I've been running 1-1 bootcamps three nights a week which is causing some amazing results. So far in October three students have managed to get laid on the same night as bootcamp, many many kiss closes and numbers are so easy to get that they don't even need to be talked about, you can pretty much get any girls number baring the fact that maybe her cat has just died.

My game is getting very honed at the moment from being out in the field so much, meaning that my calibration is super intense, which means that I'm able to recognise things before they happen. Like in the film the matrix when the girl moves a certain way, or tilts her head or licks her lips, this is all slowed down and instinctively without thinking my body reacts in the right way accordingly. The main structure is taught in bootcamps and then the calibration outergame pointers are given to you on top of that to literally take you from having no successes with women to having the skill set to attract any women you want.

At the London seduction super conference, I gave a talk on natural game fundamentals and potential pitfalls in game, it was crazy and a lot of fun to be getting up in front of 40 people and delivering a speech to not just students but also respected members of the seduction community as well. Definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me stronger as a result. Your comfort zone is what your currently used to, just like lifting weights if you push outside of your comfort zone then your brain and body adapts and thus you grow as a result. Much the same as making mistakes, in current schooling mistakes are frowned upon, however the only way for your brain to really learn is through making mistakes. Its important that you give yourselves these opportunities to make them.

I would also like to welcome our newest recruit the phenomena that is YAD (natural day game specialist extraordinaire). Quite frankly his game is sick, I have seen him time and time again number close the hottest women in London by running up to them on the street getting them laughing in seconds and then them begging him to take their number. He is utterly utterly consistent. How has he got so good? Trial and Error, he brings his own completely unique style of game to PUA Method which is both natural and direct, whilst being nothing more than average looking (sorry buddy but its true) he constantly proves to me and everyone else around him that looks do not matter at all when picking up girls.

You can arrange a 1-1 bootcamp with Yad today just by going to the instructors page and putting down a £20.00 deposit, he is also only charging £30.00 per hour. Which is ridiculously cheap for his level of experience, compare it to any other PUA company out there and you will realise what a great investment that really is.
